IMS Alpha - Final report

All of our work culminates into this final report for our alpha phase.

At the beginning of last week we continued to progress our first sprint, this ended on Tuesday, and we held our first show and tell in the afternoon.

In our first planning session we refined the alpha vision and goals, and identified and agreed core alpha activities, thinking about the outputs we’re seeking.
